Notice of Termination

Ottawa – February 13, 2019 – The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has terminated the comprehensive study of the Josephine Cone Mine Project (the Project) pursuant to the former Canadian Environmental Assessment Act (the former Act).

Ambershaw Metallics Inc. notified the Agency that they wish to terminate the federal environmental assessment for the Project and potential responsible authorities (Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Transport Canada) have confirmed that they will not exercise any power or perform any duty or function referred to in section 5 under the former Act in relation to the Project.
