August 10, 2023 – The Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority must determine whether the proposed Port of Oshawa Truck Parking Lot, located in Oshawa, Ontario is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.
