The Proposed Project

The proposed Staff Housing under the CHRT 41 guidance is situated in an open field amongst future housing projections as per the community's wish.

The area is 657m2 with municipal connections to sewer and water.

The staff housing will consist of a shared kitchen, dining, and living area with ample storage, and apartment units varying in size. Additional infrastructure includes a fitness room, computer and printing space, and a shared laundry area. For land-based learning and recreation equipment there is an additional garage with storage rooms for tools and all-terrain vehicles, and a new parking and gravel road to accommodate access to the CFS facility. The proposed project is to be built on Treaty 5 Territory.
