Notice of intent to make a determination

ATCO Banff Transmission Line Repair Project – Public Comments Invited

March 22, 2024, – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the Stoney Conduct ILI Cutouts on Banff Transmission located in Stoney Nakoda Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The project will consist of removing and replacing part of the high pressure natural gas Banff Transmission line in Stoney Nakoda Nation, Alberta.
