Apeskomakon St. Phase 2 - Tobique First Nation – Public Comments Invited

April 19, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Apeskomakon St. Phase 2 - Tobique First Nation, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

The development will include the construction of up to 23 housing lots, including the development of a new roadway (550m), underground piping (water and sanitary sewer), culverts and road ditching. Site preparation activities include clearing, grubbing and site grading. The total project footprint is approximately 4 hectares.
