The proposed amendment

Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. proposes to extend the validity of the approved permit (PER No. 20-084), which expired on February 28, 2024. The amendment is being requested due to the lingering effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, hyperinflation in the market, and a shortage of key construction workers, which have delayed this project. There are no changes to the approved construction activities or scope of the work.
