Apeskomakon St. Phase 2 - Tobique First Nation

The development will include the construction of up to 23 housing lots, including the development of a new roadway (550m), underground piping (water and sanitary sewer), culverts and road ditching. Site preparation activities include clearing, grubbing and site grading. The total project footprint is approximately 4 hectares.

April 19, 2024 - Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments until May 19, 2024, respecting that determination.
April 19, 2024 - A public participation period is underway.
