Dear Ms. Gabor:

SUBJECT: Rose Lithium-Tantalum Mining Project

I am writing to confirm that the February 18, 2019, submission of additional information by Critical Elements Corporation (the proponent) to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) provides the information required to ensure that the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) of Rose Lithium-Tantalum Mining Project is considered complete.

With this additional information, the Federal Environmental Assessment Committee's EIS analysis phase can be initiated. In this context, the federal timeline under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act (2012) is restarted.

Parallel to the EIS analysis, the Agency will hold a public consultation on the EIS Summary from March 6 to April 5, 2019. Questions and comments will be sent to you later.

For any question, please contact me by email at veronique.lalande@canada.ca or by phone at 418-455-4116.

Yours sincerely,
