Énergie Saguenay Project — Public Comments Invited

May 17, 2019 — The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) is conducting a federal environmental assessment of the proposed Énergie Saguenay Project, located in the District of La Baie, Saguenay City, Quebec.

Public Comment Period

The Agency invites the public and Indigenous groups to comment on the potential environmental effects of the project and the proposed measures to prevent or mitigate those effects as described in the proponent's summary of the Environmental Impact Statement.

All comments received will be considered public. Written comments in either official language must be submitted by June 17, 2019 to:

Open House Session

The Agency invites the public to attend an open house on the project. Representatives of the Agency, the expert federal departments and the proponent will be on site to answer questions and collect comments from the public.
