Notice of Commencement of an Environmental Assessment

Ottawa – July 30, 2019 – The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has commenced an environmental assessment pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA 2012) for the St. Lawrence Fluorspar Marine Shipping Terminal Project.

On July 25, 2019, the Agency decided that a federal environmental assessment was required.
