Notice of Commencement of an Environmental Assessment

Ottawa – November 18, 2015 - The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has commenced an environmental assessment pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA 2012) for the Michel Creek Coking Coal Project.

On November 18, 2015, the Agency decided that a federal environmental assessment was required.
