Notice of Time Limit Resuming

Ottawa — March 10, 2020 — On March 2, 2020, Prairie Lights Power GP Inc. (the proponent) provided its response to the Summary of Issues and a detailed description of the Prairie Lights Power Project to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency). The proponent thereby completed the activity for which the proponent requested that the time limit be suspended on December 20, 2019, and the 180-day time limit has resumed.

The 180-day time limit is the period of time within which the Agency must provide the proponent with a notice of the commencement of the impact assessment, if the Agency decides that an impact assessment of the project is required.
