Ojibway Nation of Saugeen Fibre Construction – Public Comments Invited
May 11, 2021 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed remediation, located in Ojibway Nation of Saugeen is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project
Keewaytinook Okimakanak and KNet are working to build a fibre line from Bell's cabinet at Highway 599 to connect Ojibway Nation of Saugeen with scalable broadband.
