Port of Oshawa - Extension of Berm Adjacent to Second Marsh

May 28, 2021 – A new project has been proposed and before proceeding, the Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority must decide whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this decision, the Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority is issuing this notice of intent to make a determination and inviting comments from the public on the project's potential effects on the environment. All comments received will be considered public. For more information on the public nature of your comments, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.

Written comments must be submitted by June 27, 2021 to the contact identified on the project page.
