The Proposed Project

This project involves the removal and replacement of approximately 19,481m2 of asphalt in  the parking lots at the Environment Canada building. All of the asphalt will be removed and  replaced to full depth which will require, re-filling, re-grading and re-compaction of the new  material, including the existing gravel driveway leading up to the trailer parked in the South- East corner of the property. The concrete and asphalt islands within the parking lot as well as  the curbs along the East side of the loading dock and North parking lot will be replaced. This project will also encompass widening the paved entrance off of Dufferin Street to  accommodate two exit lanes and one entrance lane leading into the property.
