The Proposed Project

The Town of Rocky Harbour proposes the replacement of existing water lines to provide a new waterline transmission. The scope of project includes the replacement of existing DUI water lines to with new PVC water lines. The project aims to provide a more dependable water transmission to the residents, over the past several years the town has had numerous waterline breaks and this has left the town in a very vulnerable position where there has been no water available and little to no water pressure.
