Woodland Cree CMHC Co-Investment Housing Project - Simon Lake Subdivision Project (21-Units) – Public Comments Invited

July 15, 2022 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed CMHC Co-Investment Housing Project - Simon Lake Subdivision Project 21-Unit Project located in Woodland Cree Nation is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

Woodland Cree First Nation is proposing a 21-unit subdivision on Simon Lake Area Reserve requiring all infrastructure, water, sewer, power, driveways, and access roads. A water and sewer delivery system is proposed.
