The Proposed Project

The project will include drive way access, paved areas, fuel storage tank (100,000L above ground) and building approximately 2,000 sq. ft (convenience store). Site activities including site preparation, excavation, site servicing, site geotechnical and environmental engineering, site design, building design, access and egress, RFP contractors and suppliers, insurance, budget and schedule, project manager selection, operational and site construction policies and safety plan , staffing, product suppliers and inventory selection. The above ground fuel tank allows for better repairs, maintenance and suture cardlock possibilities for the project.  Required under tank spill kit and protection liner including Oil/Water separator unit is utilized to ensure no fuel leakage or spill permeates soil or surrounding areas.  Similarly, liners and oil water separator environmental safety equipment is installed under the piping and fuel pump islands. Spill kits and safety procedures are implemented for all operations.  Further tank and pumps are protected from intrusions or access through security and safety procedures. Convenience store will be connected to nearby gas lines, waterlines, power lines, and communication lines. Wastewater will go into a septic holding tank to be regularly pumped out. A contract for garbage services will be in place.

A draft emergency response plan is available. Tank registration will be provided once  the tank has been ordered.
