Louis Bull Kikinow Housing Project– Public Comments Invited

August 31, 2022 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the Louis Bull Kikinow Housing Project located at Louis Bull 138B and Pigeon Lake 138A reserve lands is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

Louis Bull Tribe proposes to build five single detached housing units at Louis Bull 138B and Pigeon Lake 138A reserve lands including utility services and water/septic systems on existing sites. Existing sites were previously developed but have been fallowed for several years and will require grading and site preparation.
