Notice of Determination

September 29, 2022 – ADM Aéroports de Montréal has determined that the project for the construction of a rental industrial building on Henri-Fabre Boulevard is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures provided for in the project.

This determination was based on a consideration of the following factors:

• Knowledge and Impacts on the rights of Indigenous peoples;
• Community knowledge;
• Technically and environmentally feasible mitigation measures.

Mitigation measures taken into account for this determination are based primarily on the following components of the physical environment:

• Air quality
• Soil quality
• Water quality
• Wildlife management
• Health and safety
• Road traffic

The measures identified to mitigate the environmental impacts will be implemented by Syscomax. Accordingly, ADM Aéroports de Montréal may exercise its powers to allow the project to proceed.
