RW-4850 Authorization to Construct and Operate a Right of Way for a gas pipeline – Public Comments Invited
January 18, 2023 – Indian Oil and Gas Canada must determine whether the proposed RW-4850 Authorization to Construct and Operate a Right of Way for a gas pipeline, located south of Bonnyville, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, Indian Oil and Gas Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project
Canadian Natural Resources Limited intends to build a 88.9mm pipeline to connect CNRL's 11-7-59-5W4M header to the 9-12-59-6 gathering system. Of the 0.249 ha of area required for the pipeline ROW, approximately 0.09 ha will be on Kehewin Reserve land.
