Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

November 16, 2023 – Public Services and Procurement Canada and Shared Services Canada intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Public Services and Procurement Canada and Shared Services Canada are inviting public comments until December 16, 2023 respecting that determination.
