Notice of intent to make a determination

Enoch Cree Nation Medical Treatment Centre Project– Public Comments Invited

December 4, 2023, – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Enoch Cree Nation Medical Treatment Centre Project located in Enoch Cree Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
