Notice of intent to make a determination

ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd.: 1088748 Gregoire Lake IR No. 176A Lakeshore Drive Gas Distribution System Extension– Public Comments Invited

January 25, 2024, – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd expansion of its natural gas distribution system located in Fort McMurray First Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
