The Proposed Project

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project. This Project involves the activities and components related to the development of a borrow pit on the north and south sides of an existing small access road near the edge of the Range Training Area, east of Central Blissville, and south of Mersereau Stream. The Project will provide required borrow for anticipated road upgrades in the southern part of the Range Training Area. The project will include clearing and grubbing of the site, development of the borrow pit, and ongoing operation of the pit.
