Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

March 8, 2024 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH) intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, DFO is inviting public comments until April 8, 2024 respecting that determination.
