Membertou Kenikala Crescent Restaurant – Public Comments Invited
August 7, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Membertou Kenikala Cresent Restaurant project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project
The project will include the construction of a 228m2 building, and a 1362m2 parking lot, for a total project footprint of 1591m2. Activities include grading, pouring foundations/footings, building construction, paving, landscaping, as well as connections to water, wastewater and electrical services.
