Environment and Climate Change Canada has determined that the proposed Portobello Creek National Wildlife Area, New Brunswick - Coldspring Lead Wetland Naturalization Project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
Mitigation measures will be implemented on site to reduce impacts to wildlife, migratory birds, species at risk and vegetation.
Therefore, Environment and Climate Change Canada's Canadian Wildlife Service may carry out the project, exercise any power, perform any duty or function, or provide financial assistance to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part.
