Natoaganeg - Subdivision Phase 2 – Public Comments Invited

October 2, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Natoaganeg - Subdivision Phase 2 project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

The project will include the supply and installation of water mains, sanitary sewer mains, and storm water infrastructure and all related appurtenances for the development of 35 single-family and 10 multi-family residential lots. The project also includes the construction of all roadways, ditching, rear lot swales, cut and fills, line painting, signage, and all other related work. Site preparation activities include excavation and site grading. The total project footprint is approximately 13.4 hectares.
