The Proposed Project

Construction of a dedicated two-storey Jordan's Principle facility on an empty site near the community school is being proposed. The proposed site provides the advantage of shared access to all school facilities, including playgrounds and the soccer field. The new facility would house service spaces on the main floor including a counseling office, training center, therapy rooms, pharmacy and a large multifunctional area. The second floor will predominantly consist of office spaces strategically located along the building perimeter to optimize natural lighting. Other service areas, including the boardroom, staff room and bathrooms, will be centrally positioned on the second floor. The new construction will offer 40 individual office rooms for different departmental staff, along with two separate boardrooms and a staff pantry incorporated into the design.Complementing the office building, a separate gymnasium building will be located on the north side, connected by an indoor hallway. This gymnasium is versatile, designed to accommodate regular sports activities and can easily transform into a performance space with a stage, maximizing its utility for various town events.
