Notice of Termination

Ottawa — February 11, 2025 — The Minister of Environment and Climate Change terminated the environmental assessment for the Pacific Future Energy Refinery Project (the project) pursuant to section 62 of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012. On December 3, 2024, Pacific Future Energy Corp. notified the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada that they no longer intend to carry out the project.
