Staples Expansion – 25 Aero Drive NE - Public Comments Invited

April 25, 2025 - The Calgary Airport Authority must determine whether the proposed Staples Expansion – 25 Aero Drive NE, located in Calgary, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Calgary Airport Authoirty is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

25 Aero Drive (XXIII) Limited Partnership is proposing the construction of a warehouse expansion to the existing 125,970 sqft warehouse located at 25 Aero Drive NE in Calgary, Alberta. The project will include the stripping and grading of the site behind the existing building, the installation of a new 84 ,575 sqft warehouse, and construction loading dock apron and truck court area.
