Notice of Time Limit Resumption

Ottawa — May 29, 2025 — On May 27, 2025, Voyagers Metals Inc. (the proponent) provided its Response to the Summary of Issues (in French only) for the Mont Sorcier Mining Project (the project) to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC). On May 28, 2025, IAAC determined that this document contains sufficient information to inform its section 16 decision regarding whether an impact assessment is required. The Proponent thereby completed the activity for which it requested that the time limit be suspended on July 27, 2023. The 180-day time limit has resumed as of May 27, 2025.

The 180-day time limit is the period within which IAAC must provide the proponent with a notice of the commencement of the impact assessment, if IAAC decides that an impact assessment of the project is required.
