Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

June 13, 2025 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Real Property and Environmental Management intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Fisheries and Oceans Canada is inviting public comments until July 13, 2025 respecting that determination.
