Notice of Termination

Ottawa — July 18, 2025 — In accordance with subsection 181(3) of the Impact Assessment Act, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada decided on July 18, 2025 to terminate the environmental assessment of the Terminal 21 Project under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012. The Trois-Rivières Port Authority has not provided IAAC with the required information or studies by the legislated time limit, which was previously extended to July 17, 2025.
