Upper Nicola Band - Nicola River Road and Michel Road Drainage Upgrades – Public Comments Invited

January 25, 2026 – The authority must determine whether the proposed Upper Nicola Band - Nicola River Road and Michel Road Drainage Upgrades, located in Upper Nicola is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the authority is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

Paving and minor widening of Nicola River Road and Michel Road, introduction of underground storm water collection piping, approximately 2.1 km of road distance to be improved.
