October 8, 2025 – Public Services and Procurement Canada – Cape Breton Operations (PSPC-CBO) intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Public Services and Procurement Canada – Cape Breton Operations is inviting public comments until November 8, 2025 respecting that determination.
