Housing Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) must determine whether the proposed Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte Watermain Distribution Project, Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, Ontario, located in Ontario is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, HICC is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.
