President's Funding Allocation Decision Report
Allocation of Federal Funds for the Environmental Assessment of the Hammond Reef Gold Mine Project
The President of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) reviewed the report and recommendations of the Funding Review Committee (FRC) for the Hammond Reef Gold Mine Project (the Project). Taking into consideration the funding allocation recommendations from the FRC, the President of the Agency made the final decision to allocate $10,800 to the Atikokan Sportsmen's Conservation Club and the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters, and $7,200 to the Ontario Coalition of Aboriginal People.
The President of the Agency allocates a total of $18,000 to the two applicants as outlined in the table below:
