Good morning,

Sorry about the lateness of my email comments regarding the TOR. I was having an issue with the email last evening as it was saying it was invalid.

My only comment is regarding the Indigenous Knowledge.  Just wondering, has the work been conducted on what Indigenous Knowledge is and if someone compiled this knowledge, who reviewed the information?  Also, as each Indigenous Knowledge is different per nation.  Has this taken into account?
