I am writing to suggest alternative remediation treatments at Boat Harbour (and other) projects. I do not believe dredging and placing contaminants in a lined capped pit onsite is a long term solution to remediation.

Please consider such alternate treatments as mentioned in the following studies. These alternate treatments would also be usefully applied at abandoned mines and other contaminated sites.
