As requested, we have reviewed the abridged Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Central Ridge Exploration

Drilling Project to ensure the EIS is scientifically and technically accurate, to confirm that the proponent’s conclusions are

supported by a defensible rationale, and to identify any areas that require clarification or additional work in relation to the

assessment of environmental effects as defined in section 5 of CEAA 2012.

We offer comments and suggestions for additional information required from the proponent in the attached Annex 2, as

well as additional guidance and advice to the proponent in the attached Annex 3.
