Cottage resale value

I currently own a cottage on Howard Lake which I have enjoyed for many years. I have also been contimplating selling at some point as I am getting older. I am very concerened that the presence of an operating mine adjasent to the same waterbody will severly decrease the value of my property. The big selling point with my property is that they are not allowing any other cottage to be built on the lake and I am surrounded by miles of crown land and silence. The presence of an operating mine whos operations will be able to be heard from my cottage and whos operations will be on the same waterway is deeply concerning. I am opposed to the proposed mine for the previously mentioned reasons.
