Infrastructure for Lawyers-Ranch Project

I didn't see any comments regarding road access, currently I believe they access through the 

Kemess mine extension road & drive north west past that site , is there another access currently or proposed & the shipping of the extracted minerals, will they use the load out in Mackenzie which  is currently used by Thompson Creek metal for their Mntn Milligan site .?
