Extension of Time Limit for the Issuance of a Decision Statement

February 15, 2019 - The Minister of Environment and Climate Change pursuant to subsection 27(3) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 has extended the time limit for her environmental assessment decision under subsection 52(1) by 45 days.
