October 31, 2019 - Indigenous Services Canada has determined that the Hutterite Brethren Church of Twin Creek Inc. grazing permit project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
The decision was based on an examination of the following factors:
- Impacts on the rights of indigenous peoples;
- Indigenous knowledge;
- Knowledge of the community;
- Comments received from the public;
- Mitigation measures.
Indigenous Services of Canada is satisfied that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
