Notice of intent to make a determination
Siksika Nation Cannabis Production Facility – Public Comments Invited
January 17, 2020 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Siksika Nation Cannabis Production Facility, located in Siksika Nation is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project
Siksika Resource Developments Ltd. (SRDL) is proposing the construction of a cannabis production facility in the Siksika Industrial Park. The proposed facility will produce packaged cannabis products that will be shipped via ground transportation.
