The Proposed Project Amendment

Fraser River Pile & Dredge (GP) Inc. (FRPD) proposes to conduct multi-year and periodic maintenance dredging within the waterlot fronting the New Westminster works yard, generally located at 447 Twentieth Street, New Westminster, British Columbia up until November 26, 2025. This would require an extension to the approved project permit (PER No. 20-047), which has an expiry date of May 31, 2021. The extension is to reflect the validity of substrate samples taken at this dredging site for FRPD's approved disposal at sea permit.

All works would be conducted under a valid disposal at sea permit and would take place within the fish least-risk window for the Fraser River. There are no changes to construction activity or the scope of work.
