Haileybury Bin Wall Repairs – Summer 2021 – Public Comments Invited

June 30, 2021 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada must determine whether the proposed Haileybury Bin Wall Repairs – Spring 2021 project located in Haileybury, ON is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Fisheries and Oceans Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online. For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice <https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/protection> on the Registry website.

The Proposed Project

Fisheries and Oceans Canada's Small Craft Harbours Branch is planning a wall repair project in Haileybury.  The proposed project includes placing rock at the bottom of wall. The proposed project is scheduled to start in early-August and will be completed as needed in accordance to in-water work timing windows.
