The Proposed Project

The Project will include construction of a 1208 m2 health centre and relocation of garage/residences to the health centre site. The new health centre is a 1208 m2 facility with a gravel parking lot and concrete sidewalks.  This Project will include water, sewer, power, telephone, internet, and propane tanks.  Existing garage/residences are anticipated to be permanently relocated to the Project site. The facility will be used for health centre programs such as home care, consulting, classes, visiting professionals, meetings, etc.  The construction start and completion dates are dependent on receipt of funding from ISC - FNIHB.

Pre-planning activities include the design of the Health Centre construction. The construction of the Health Centre facility will include site preparation and construction, including piles, grade beams, and the building. Relocation of existing garage/residences to the new health centre facility site.
The facility will operate year-round for Health Centre programs such as home care, consulting, classes, visiting professionals, meetings, etc. There is no decommissioning proposed for this project. It is anticipated typical construction waste will be generated throughout this project. The waste will be hauled to a landfill by the contractor.
